A Year of Growth for the Health with Heart Team

As 2025 draws to a close, we find ourselves reflecting not only on the care we’ve delivered, but on the commitment, curiosity, and courage that have shaped our team this year. At Health with Heart, learning is not an optional extra — it’s the foundation of excellent patient care. Every course completed, every exam passed, and every module mastered strengthens our ability to show up for our patients with deeper insight, sharper skills, and a renewed sense of purpose.

This year, our team demonstrated remarkable dedication to continued education, balancing demanding workloads with study time, late nights, and unshakeable determination. Their accomplishments are more than academic milestones — they reflect a shared belief that the best healthcare practitioners never stop learning.

Here’s a closer look at what our exceptional team has achieved in 2025…

Dr Janine Silberbauer — Advancing Dermatology Expertise

Janine continued her journey toward the Professional Diploma in Dermatology through the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (RCPI). This 9-month programme is rigorous, yet she has already completed 5 months of study and passed Module 1 with an outstanding 90%. She is now progressing through Module 2, building vital skills in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of skin conditions — an area of increasing importance in primary care.

Why Lifelong Learning Matters in Healthcare

Healthcare is evolving faster than ever — new research emerges daily, technologies advance, patient expectations shift, and global health contexts continue to transform. To deliver the highest standard of care, we must remain students as much as we are practitioners.

Continued education empowers us to:

  • Provide safer, more evidence-based care
  • Develop deeper empathy through expanded perspective
  • Strengthen clinical outcomes
  • Build trust with patients who deserve excellence
  • Evolve alongside a changing healthcare landscape

At Health with Heart, learning is part of our culture. It reflects our belief that every patient deserves a practitioner who is informed, engaged, and growing — always.

Here’s to more growth, more curiosity, and more heart in 2026 and beyond.
